About Vendrail
Vendrail is a fully automated SaaS product operated by Egységmester Kft. It monitors checkout availability on WooCommerce online stores and delivers automated technical alerts when the cart, checkout, shipping, coupon, or payment-option flow fails. Vendrail does not process payments, act as a marketplace, or provide individual consulting services.
Hosting provider (tárhelyszolgáltató)
The Vendrail application and website are hosted on virtual private server infrastructure provided by Hostinger International Ltd. (registered seat: 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus; e-mail: domains@hostinger.com). Egységmester Kft. remains the sole data controller for personal data processed through Vendrail; the hosting provider acts as a data processor.
Payments
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Stripe acting as the Merchant of Record. Stripe collects payment, issues the invoice and remits applicable VAT/GST. See our Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (ODR) for consumers: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Egységmester Kft. is not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
